according to the little calorie-o-meter I burned 475 calories. Great workout. This new diet and supplements I'm taking are giving me great energy in the gym.
2. I think I need to start replying to your "workout today?" threads.
I am trying to get back on track with my working out & eating right. Yesterday I did kick boxing & Pilate's. Today I did an aerobic video, lifted weights for my upper-body & yoga.
I know that forcing myself to own up to my schedule has made a difference--on more than one occasion--as to whether or not I get out of bed to exercise on a given day.
