Update: Doc gives the OK
I do NOT have mono. So... not only can I run this weekend with the doctor's blessing, but I can go back to kissing my new beau.

Now I just gotta figure out what is making me so tired. I'm going to try to be extra attentive to my B12 and iron supplements.

And I'm going to try to get to bed before 10 from now on. Let's see how that works.

3. I was wondering about you!
I've been out of town and thought I must have missed the announcement that you were okay because you were still training. I'm so glad for you and wish you luck in the run!

5. That's good news
try more sleep and taking a week off of training. It can do wonders for your progress. Also, what is your diet like? That can make a huge difference with energy levels.

7. Great! I have been worried about you! (and some suggestions re tiredness)
Glad that the 5k is back on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Are you getting enough to eat? Enough protein to support your new muscle and activity level? Others can probably give you suggestions, but I use the online Zone Perfect calculator to figure out my protein needs etc based on lean body mass/activity level:

2. Are you overtraining? Maybe you need to take a week off after the 5k? Here's a link:
