Sat, 5/14: I worked out today--did you?
I went to the high school track and ran 2 miles.

Later today I'll be walking the beaches of Narragansett bay.

3. I ran too
then did a little ab work.

The run felt really great...not sure why. Maybe running in the morning is the best thing for me. I just suck at getting out of bed.

Off to bathe the dog.

4. Hard run for 1/2 hour.
Then did 45 min of yoga. It was nice to be warmed up enough to do some deep stretching.

6. I did 30 minutes on my new elliptical machine.
I love this thing! No impact on my joints. :)

8. Eclipse 1100HR/A
It's not the most expensive elliptical, but it's also not super cheap. I got mine for around 350.00.
