Monday 5/9: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang, I'm back after my weekend off.

I ran 2 miles today and then did my upper body and ab work in the weight room.


What are all you folks up to today?

I forgot to set the alarm last night, but gratefully my cat Meursault started pawing at my face just in time to wake me up and do a workout. I had time to do Reebok Dance Step.

Chest, back, shoulders and traps. Great pump, I could barely lift my arms to remove my shirt in the locker room.

9. I did a cardio workout today.
I usually do weights on Monday but I'm switching it up this week. I going to do a Pilate's and kick-boxing class Wednesday and weights would be too much M W F this week. So I'll do weights T Th S.

14. Yes, I ran 4.5 miles.
I can't wait until we move at the end of this month so I can use some weights again. The apartment complex we currently live in has had the gym closed for over two months so far due to renovations. Very annoying!
