Tues, 4/29: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang. I hope you're all feeling well and enjoying spring.

My thigh didn't want to let me jog today. I got up to the track, got half way around my first lap and felt like I was going to pull something if I continued.

So I went downstairs to the cardio equipment room and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. Then to the strength equipment room for my usual upper body and ab workout.

My bad-ass feels slightly defeated, but I'll be back to my jog as soon as my thigh says OK.

How was your workout today?

1. Sorry about the owie.
I get those more and more these days. Sigh.

I did 45 min yoga, mostly back bending, today. Felt really good. Strengthens all those muscles along the spine while releasing tension. Also tones the butt.

2. got a late start
so I wasn't going to go....but I did anyway...did another "personal best" mile....keeps improving. Did easy weight and upper body work out when I returned.

Sorry about the "ding" in the thigh. Don't return to the heavy workouts until it heals or it could last a long, long time. :hi:

But it's great you had options, and you still got to do something.

I did another step workout, Step Jam, and the upper body and abs portions of the Body Blast Timesaver DVD. Hrmph, some "time saver"--I wound up thirty minutes late for work!

My sorry ass didn't get out of bed to go running, but I still had upper back/delt/trap day today.

I'm not impressing myself lately.

Maybe take tomorrow and the next day off.

I just did a short walk and run today; tonight I'll do my home yoga and Pilates routine. :hi:

6. Yikes you scared me ! I thought today was the 29 th for a sec.
I don't want to give my credit card co. a $35. late fee.

Anyway I did work out. I did cardio. I am getting so board with my cardio. I love the weights and my weight days.

7. I did five miles on my treadmill (uphill) and
my leg weight training and crunches. Tomorrow, I do my upper body work with my 3-5 miles. I recently took a 10 day break. I hope my appetite doesn't rebound.

8. I ran a half hour around 6pm, and then I felt ill!
For the rest of the evening I had an upset stomach. Not the greatest day for me either. . .

But today (Wed) is LEG DAY!!!!!!!!
