Sat, 4/17: I worked out today--did you?
I just came back from a 2 mile run. It felt amazing.

I tried to add a little kick to my last 1/2 lap, and it really got me breathing heavy. It hurt my lungs like hell, but my body feels great.

I think it's time to try to pick up my overall speed a bit. I only have one more month to train for my PT run (I want to keep up with the cadets when I attend my son's JROTC mini-boot camp next month).

Anyway, I'm thrilled that I got to run today--and outside at that. It's a beautiful day out there.

1. I ran a some yesterday.
Today I bouldered until my forearms felt like cement, then did some yoga. I was actually a little tired at the end, so that is good.

I have been trying to find my exercise groove for the past few weeks. We built this beautiful home climbing wall, but weirdly, it has really put me off my pace. I guess habits are hard to change. Plus my forearms are really weak compared to the rest of my body. So they get tired long before the rest of me.

2. Are you trying to confuse us!
Is this Saturday or Sunday?! ;)

I rode in my first group bike ride -- 15 miles and it was a piece of cake because we stopped so often. It was a beginner ride and I found out that I'm not as much of a beginner as some! :D

4. I'm confused too!
But I *think* this is Sunday's :-). I did another light step workout, Reebok's Step, Rhythm and Moves, then the upper body and ab section of BodyMax.

6. Nope,
I'm just confused myself. I would never try to trick you into my confused state.

3. Tree climbing
Need to take the top 15 feet off of the trees surrounding the yard. Climbed up and down about 20 times and sawed off the limbs by hand.
