I did it! :bounce:

I jogged a whole mile without stopping to walk! :woohoo:

The full track workout was 1.6 miles, and I jogged 1.4 of that.

I feel like I can do anything.

I also spent time in the weight room, upper body and ab work, as usual.

3. Fantastic! Good work... I unfortunately
am still on cat visiting duty, and I'm getting soft. Oh so soft. Maybe I won't go back to the gym. What could possibly be the point.

Maybe I'll just take a nap instead. Ooooh sweet nap...

Tomorrow BETTER be the last day the cat's in the hospital. At $250/night, we're gonna be paying this off for a year.

Poor Albert...

10. Thanks!
She actually got to come home last night, and seems to be doing well. She's not getting along with the other two cats very well, but not as horribly as I had feared.

She's got a lot of treatment (antibiotics for 2 weeks and fuild injections for probably the rest of her life), but if it keeps her alive *and* happy, it's worth the effort and the grand total $3,054 price tag for her week stay in the hospital.

Poor Nathan won't get to go to college. Oh well! Hopefully he'll be a rock star.

4. Good for you!
And thanks for keeping these threads going! :yourock:

I rode 9.3 miles on my bike -- 80 degrees and cool breeze but it still felt hot. I'm worried about whether I'm going to be able to keep this up when the Texas heat gets cooking but maybe going every day will help me get acclimated.

5. back on the wagon after vacation
Did some light dead lifts this AM. First time since I tweaked my knee three weeks ago. Also did a couple of sets of Janda situps.

Stopped at the gym for an hour of bouldering after work and then did a 5 mile ride on my single speed bike when I got home.
I also ate healthy today, I deserve a beer.

9. Shoulder/delts for me, Tuesday
I started doing behind the neck presses (Smith machine) again, though I had sworn them off for a good long time. Felt good to be doing something new, but familiar again
