Take a shot at ID of this song
I've heard a recent Pop/Rock/Adult Con song a couple times with a lone female vocalist kind of the style of Amy Lee of Evanescence.

Lyrics phrases include: The Sea will Rise, Cities catch fire, skies are falling.
Close your (my?) eyes, hand in mine.
Walked a spell with you.
Hold on tight. Stay for awhile.

I have run lyric searches many times and have found nothing close.

Thanks! Four times I've come to the music ID well here and each time my obscure request has been answered!

1. I tried like Hell. Got nothing.
That "The Sea Will Rise" bit is problematic because all the lyric searches hit on Pearl Jam.

If you have an iPhone there is a pretty cool new app where you can hum or sing a little bit of a song and it'll search for it.

Maybe try that
