I don't know much about the Mayan calendar, except that I heard a change would occur around 2012? Is that right?

If you don't mind, that brings me off-topic for a second. What do you know about the Age of Aquarius?

The reason I ask is I recall a lot of expectation for the dawn of the third millenium. That dawn came, and things actually got worse.

But then I heard somewhere that expectations were slightly inaccurate, and that the Age of Aquarius doesn't actually start until 2016. Do you know anything about this?

so it is fine to call me that. I don't know exactly astrologically about the Age of Aquarius and when it is to begin; I know that many writings say that what is going on now is part of getting rid of the dross, karma, or what you would call it so we can go on.

Mayan majix is more than simply that things will end in 2011 (according to the people there)-it is explaining the calendar and how it shows the evolution of consciousness from the Big Bang on. Go to the site to read about it-to my mind, it explains why things are evolving so rapidly now and gives me hope for the future.

I know a fellow who can see into the future, and his pronouncements mirror what I have received intuitively; we are heading towards a new age in which hearts and minds will be changed.

Yes, your posts are always very interesting to me, very informative and I know you have deep spiritual insight, I will revisit mayanmajix , I went there before but you know, so many websites, so little time. I agree though, the old ways of fear,greed and war are dying and a world of love, peace and understanding is being born........
