2010 Theology and Peace Annual Conference
The 2010 Annual Conference of Theology and Peace will take place May 25-27 at North Park University in Chicago. Theology and Peace is "An emerging movement seeking the transformation of theological practice through the application of mimetic theory."

This year's conference features these speakers:

John E. Phelan, Jr. on Theology and the Bible
President, Dean and Professor of Biblical Literature, North Park Theological Seminary

Vern Redekop on Christian Community
Assistant Professor and Director of the Masters� Program in Conflict Resolution
St. Paul University, Ottawa
Author of From Violence to Blessing: How an Understanding of Deep-rooted Conflict Can Open Paths of Reconciliation

Stephanie Perdew VanSlyke on Liturgy
Ph.D. Candidate in Liturgical Studies and Christian Origins
Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary
