1. What a difference. I love your cat food can dispenser.
We can see your kitty is worth prime shelf space.

A pantry is something I've wanted forever. This old house does not have room. I don't even have a dishwasher. Good job!

2. Love the cat food dispenser!
I've never seen anything like that in someone's home. Very Nice!

3. What a change. I especially like the natural wood faceframes with the (melamine?) interiors
and, as others have said, that cat food dispenser is way cool; never seen anything like that before!

4. Wow, look at all that Fancy Feast
I'm glad I didn't have that on my screen while the cat was in the room, she'd have stopped speaking to me, even though my only experiment giving her and her adopted co cat canned food was a spectacular disaster. Diarrhea in long haired cats is not fun.

It's a very nice pantry. I especially like the outlet in that one shelf area, perfect for stashing the food processor where it's off the counter but always ready for use.

6. What a great pantry--and I know it can be extra demanding to work in such a
small space. Great job! I also love the cat food dispenser--and my cat also eats (*ONLY*) Fancy Feast Medleys. Picky ol' lady, she is...

Great job. It's bright and easy to use now. And the cat food dispenser? Genius. :-)

8. Very nice!
How do you like your tankless water heater? I've heard different things about them.

9. Thank all of you.
1) Our kitties (Rhizopus, Mavis, and Rocco) ARE worth the shelf space.

2) We love our tankless water heater. Replacing it gave us the room to enlarge our pantry.

some background: our house was built in 1939. We bought it about 10 yrs ago, structurally very sound but in dire need of updating. I have since remodeled both bedrooms, the bathroom, the hallway, and the living room.

This was/is our living room: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=287&topic_id=8071&mesg_id=8071
