So finally, the Death Note anime has begun <3

Shinigami, Death gods, use notebooks called Death Notes to kill their victems. A bored Shinigami, Ryuk, drops his Death Note into the human world where it's picked up by a bored high school genious, Light. Finding that the Death Note really does have the power to kill, Light decides that he's going to kill off every criminal and create a new world where he will be god.

Written with the kanji "tsuki." The auther has said it should be romanized as "Light" rather than "Raito." (Along with Ryuk vs Ryuuku, Rem vs Remu, Near vs Nia, etc).
