over 20 of the top BBQ places from across texas gathered in one spot.

4. That brisket looks almost as good as the one I took off my smoker today
and I know a couple of those guys. Even when I can't see the person, I recognize the team names & their smokers. After 11 years of being a certified BBQ judge I've got to know many of the competitors. These guys often travel many miles to compete.
