First light with an Industar 50-2.

This lens is about the size of one of those easy off pill bottle tops. The adaptor is a lot bigger than the lens. Focus has a real long throw, perfect for those who want precise focus. The aperture ring is the small ring around the front element. The lens shade comes in handy for adjusting aperture. There's no clicks, but that doesn't matter. It's a $20 lens, and there a good selection of M42 and M39 mounts. The hood is recommended.

No sharpening, just white balance and levels.

Went the full monty with this one.

1. Here's the lens. It is smaller than the adaptor. Ugly too.
