Poll question: To liven things up, to help me out and to remind ourselves we used to take private polls at times
Edited on Wed Aug-03-11 12:33 PM by Mira
These are old favorites I have shown the second, but never used it in a contest. I'm hesitant to chose, and being in the broils of summer right now, and with submissions coming in slowly, i may get a better one any day now.
:)
Which one do you like? If any.
And maybe tell me why.

3. Thanks everyone. It's fascinating to see the responses and put them into my
own thoughts about these three shots.

First one:
I like, I think it is quite acceptable in crop, reflection, emotion, color, breakdown of space.

Second one:
I like, and makes me laugh, and I made the title so nobody thinks these are my toenails, which they are not.
I did not think about that (title was simply: Standing Stock Still) until an extended family member by X marriage who has constant pedicures said the toe nails were disgusting.

Third one:
I LOVED the sky, and the person "nodding" towards the other.

I think I will wait for more votes to come time permitting, if I'm lucky, and thank you for those I got.
I learn a lot from your votes.

4. #3, for sure.
The colors, the setting sun, the water, and lastly, my curiosity is piqued by the couple.
One appears to be listening.
What are they saying?
Are they very seriously talking?

I like it, a lot.

5. I really like the
beach, the people and the "lines" in the first one best, but I like the sky better in the third one.

6. You make things difficult
I really like both the first and the third, but I have a suggestion for the first I would have put the people in the lower left third of the photo and had them walking into the distance on the right side of the photo..

The third is a really nice photo also, but if you were to move the people to the thirds area on the left side with a crop and still include most of the sky and the reflections it would be a stunning shot..

Again, this is only my opinion on the shots. Sorta like noses, everybody has one, just some are bigger than others...

Hugs..
