Old Barn Photos (inspired by Mira)
I've not taken a photo of this barn since I went digital a few years ago! We pass it when we go to the Tennessee River. It isn't that convenient to stop and take a picture because the road does not have shoulders. I just had hubby drop me off and come back. Unfortunately there is a fence around it so I couldn't get too close.

As you can see there is actually hay in the loft!

I desaturated this one

Yep, I have actually seen the horses in this barn........maybe once or twice, only.

1. My goodness - you had an adventure. For not being able to get close
you certainly showed the place well nevertheless.

The second photo looks like only a wing and prayer are keeping this building up, the unsupported wing being visible on the right. But that same principle applies to the first one.

You needed a buddy to help you get through the fence, next time I'm in the area, we'll have an adventure TOGETHER.
You're inspiring me right back!
I might consider driving my grandson back to school, and that time I'll be able to stop on my own time should good barns appear...

2. If I waited any longer to take photos
This thing would just collapse first. Well, I wasn't too anxious to get in the same fence with all the horses, and the dog across the streets was barking crazily on the front porch. Also the structures is close to the road. So I limited my adventure...........

A barn down the road from this actually was taken down before I got to digitally photograph it. Now it is just mad of gray concrete blocks.

There are a ton of old shacks nearer the boat dock, though, but I have taken pictures of those a couple of times. Need to get them in the winter light though.
