Question regarding Fall Seasonal Contest

When do you suppose the Fall season contest is supposed to start?

Starting to gather thoughts and looking more closely at how these contests are put together.

1. Are you supposed to do that one alone?

Or simply offer to help out the regulars?
(The seasonal contests are different)

2. I went back and looked at the Spring Seasonal Contest

and it appeared that the winner from that contest, hosted the Summer Contest. Maybe I misread or misunderstood, because you know, if I'm off the hook...that may actually be sorta fun :)

3. Here's what I know that I'm pretty sure of

The seasonal contests are hosted by regnaD kciN and Blueraven if she is available. The summer contest just past he hosted by himself.

The seasonals are separate contests, where the winners are simply happy winners and don't have to host.
An additional difference is that the host is allowed to enter the contest.
I do not know how this came about, it was before my time, but that is how I have observed it to be.

regnaD kniN won the spring contest with his entry of the tulip field, and he also hosted the contest.
He just hosted summer, as usual, and did not enter.
