I'm so having fun with the theme visual alliteration as my deck is being built. There are wide stairs, almost done, and there will be railings and a gate at the top.

I remember, when I first "met" you CC, you were recovering from your terrible fall.

I'm still recovering from that fall. It will be a long time if ever before my foot is close to normal. 13 steps, that mean you will have room under it for a covered patio. Might as well start thinking about it now. :evilgrin: My nephew just put pavers under his. Nothing would grow there and his basement door was under it. Made a big difference in how much dirt and mud comes in the house. (They have 2 labs.)



Your theme is perfect for deck building. Glad you are having fun hosting this time, makes the win so much better. I still haven't dug out the photo I was thinking of entering. Kind of glad I was so slow since we have so many great pics and it was filling fast.
