That's a great place to go in San Antonio. I love the bird pictures. Even though I love bird pictures, I am a virtual novice about identification. Do you know what that first bird is?

Every time you post pictures from there, I feel like going "home".

4. I'm no expert, but since nobody has answered yet, I'd guess it to be a
Red-Shouldered hawk, or a Broad-Winged hawk.

7. My comment wasn't directed at you specifically - just meant that no one who knew had
piped in :)

Again, I'm not an expert, but I don't think it's a red-tailed, their chests have more of an inverted v shaped marking, instead of the stripes - and I don't think they have the dark wings with the white spots on them/
