January '10 ( nine photos)
I'm envious of the rigor Blue_In_AK has brought to bear with her 365 project. I modestly vowed at the turn of the year to carry the camera with me all the time, whatever the weather. January brought some little rewards for this enforced habit.

1. These are wonderful, Jeff!
I'm proud to have been an inspiration for such great shots.

I'm pretty proud of myself, too, as I have been religious about my "photo of the day." I just finished off January a little bit ago.

2. You have reason to be proud!
I just went through the set and it's filled with treasures. Some very strong potential still life contenders in there...

3. What is it about pictures of mannequins?
There is something that I love about them.

Also, you taking the picture.....that is one great reflection!

4. Thanks muchly, Celebration.
I was considering using the amazingly grotty sink outside this place for a still life:

Ironically, you can see the "pass" certificate from the good folks at Public Health in the window.:scared:

5. I like these
Especially the framing of the mannequin against the portraits, and the dollar store.

The dollar store picture says it all, doesn't it? That's our economy/society/world in a nutshell. :(
