This falls into my "Learn something new everyday."

I never knew there was such a thing. That anyone would even think of designing and building such a thing. That someone would actually pay for such a thing.

That someone would take a picture of it - that I get.

4. I could not find it with google,

but a Lederhosen clad German, some time back, furious with low flying loud airplanes over his property, built a large slingshot type launcher in his back yard.
From that he launched Potato/bread dumplings at the planes, and supposedly hit some of them.
