4. I'm curious too about an update. Are you

What happens next? I have not particiated in a search for calendar photos, and wonder about the procedure after submissions close.

5. Hi Mira,

Yes I have been getting submissions, which is great, but I could always use more, so I don't want to discourage anyone from submitting.

After submissions close, I'll go through and make sure all of the submissions fix our technical specs for the calendar and if any have problems, I will contact the photographer to either correct or resubmit, after that there will be a polling period to find the top twelve photos (I reserve the right to pick the cover, because I can :evilgrin:). I am planning on using off-DU polling software, and I will post links here. After the polls are finished, I will contact the winners with the image as it will look on the calendar page to get a final okay, and then they are sent off to Skinner and company.

Unfortunately, after I arranged the calendar schedule, my work decided to send me away for a conference in July so everyone should probably expect that the polling will start, at earliest, the first week of August.
