3. Congrats on having a new camera.
Course this is the photo group and we are very greedy for pictures so I am hoping that means you will be posting lots and lots of photos for us to devour. :bounce:

I hope those were the only flared photos and that the rest were ok.

5. Oh a fall photo.
Love the color on the tree and great shy. I kind of missed fall this past year.

That little road/lane(?) I bet would be a great place to take pictures at different times of the year. Minus the raindrops of course. I have one here I keep saying I will get photos of in all the seasons but haven't yet.

12. Wow.
Your driveway and backyard are almost identical to ours, except that ours look really small and kind of crappy. Otherwise, virtually indistinguishable. ;-)

Good work here.

Now that I have a digi, I hope to contribute more to this forum and the contests. I also entered one of my disposables for consideration for the calendar. :)

7. That autumn one is beautiful.
Perhaps the best photo ever taken with a disposable. :)

11. No, no!
No slight meant! I have always had dreadful results with disposable cameras. You, apparently, have much better luck with them. :) I love this shot with the stairs. Where was it taken?

14. Oh. The stair way shot was taken in the little town where I live. --
And I have another question for you guys. Do you find that pictures take on another dimension (?) when seen on the computer? Not sure, how to explain it. Ex: the stairway shot...was Not impressive to me on the hard copy but, when on the computer screen it looks ________________ (important? not sure of the terminology/adjective).

15. Impressive? Is that the word you're looking for?
Maybe majestic? That's the feeling I get with that stairway shot. It may look more striking simply because it's magnified. That is, you get a 4x6 print, but on a 13" computer screen it's more like looking at an 8x10. That's my best guess.

16. Majestic? really? Cool... and maybe the magnification (enlargement)
is what does it. Brings out the details. Thanks.

18. I like your door picture
I like how the stairs curve round and hide part of the door. There's a mystery to it that draws me in. Don't be embarrassed that it was taken on a disposable. After all, it's not the tools you have, but what you do with them.
