I didn't do that part of the falls, I got off just before, at NOC - went down in one of their ducks. What a blast!

III just for the falls, which went by zippy-like after an interesting II rapid. The section these guys were on is just below the falls.

9. Perfect. As an old phart, I'm no longer fit enough to do IV or (God forbid) V.

But I'm tickled to do II and III ... and some II's 'body surfing' (with helmet and vest, of course). I've never done the east ... older, smoother rocks and more established (eons) courses looks like just my style. The west has sooooo many wonderful rivers, it's awesome.
