My wife's sister took a picture of what looked like just a rainbow and some clouds. It turned out looking like an angel. (They think it really was one - I personally don't believe in angels.)



I played with it a little to make the colors brighter and make it a nice desktop background:

2. It's magical

Nature is magical all by itself without attributing angels to it. This is magical. I don't believe in angels either, but if I did, I suppose it might look like this.

7. There is a specific name for these formations,

but I can't remember it. The name may be mythological IIRC.
I posted this last year, and someone here identified it.



They are remarkable to wittness.
The setting sun makes them glow, and at the right angle induces prismatic (rainbow) effects.
