I'll confirm this shortly, but I'm aiming to open submissions on February 9. So you have a couple of weeks to find some water and shoot it.;-)

Though one wouldn't know it from the serial mistakes I made the last time I did this.

Does the water in water's edge have to be in a liquid state? Everything around here is frozen now.
