2. very cool! I'm having college flashbacks
Looks like a classroom critique board. Everyone get your coffee, put on your thick skins and settle in ;-) . Homework CAN be fun. ;-)

Thanks for going to all the trouble!

4. Good work as usual, thanks for bringing them all together like that.
And putting them up.

Tho here's an Idea someone might want to try...Try arranging the photos into the shape of the United States, and maybe try to place the photos approximately where they were taken on the map.

That would be an interesting collage.

10. I like that idea
Of course we're talking as if anything is possible on a DU thread, but imagine if we could somehow get a map of the US, then get thumbnails of each photo and place them in their respective locations, with the name of the city or town under it. Then the person can click on the thumbnail and the photo will enlarge.

But I have no clue how that can even be done. It is purely fantasy right now.

I wish the photos could all be of equal size, but that is really up to the person submitting the photo. I think we should take that into consideration in the future when we do such a project. Have a certain size requirement to make the photos all about the same size.

Nevertheless, Ralps, you've done a great job in organizing the photos. Thank you.

11. I made the document 72 dpi, and the photos ranged from 25 in.wide
to about 5 in. wide. Most of the photos were 72 dpi. The only programs I have are Photoshop Elements and Illustrator, so I couldn't do what you're writing about, but that would be cool if someone could do that. :hi: :loveya:  :pals: :woohoo:

12. Is there a way you could post larger images?
Those are really beautiful and I'd like to be able to get a better look at them. Perhaps a folder could be created somewhere?

14. thanks. You might want to consider setting up a section in Demopedia
Where photographers could post their work. That would be a great way for other members to be able to appreciate this fabulous art. There could be folders for painters and other artists too.

17. I like the uppermost left one, not the cat, but the one with many colors.
Though I've now learned how to post graphic images, I'm still trying to figure out how to post my own photos. I can link to them on Yahoo, but I can't post them. I look forward to joining your group, when I have figured this out.

For posting your photos. Also, your ISP may give you free personal space to upload. You can google for more, but these are all pretty decent.....

21. Here's one of mine...

From Tampa just before hurricane season last year... I was just shooting the sunset over the rocks when the woman walked into frame, struck a pose for a few seconds, and walked off. Thanks, mystery babe!
