and on the campaign trail with Nancy Skinner on Saturday.

It was an action-packed weekend. I was out in the field with Nancy all day Saturday at a parade and festival in a local community. Sunday she was in a debate with the woman who is challenging incumbent Joe Knollenberg in the primary for the Republican spot on the ballot.

After the debate, I went to a rally for volunteers and precinct captains, where we had a number of great speakers, including Governor Granholm and John Kerry! After the rally, I went to a fundraiser for the governor at a state rep's house and the gov and Kerry were in attendance. It was amazing -- I've never been to a small gathering like that with anyone of thaqt stature. I had a chance to speak to both of them and get my picture taken. It was a day I'll not soon forget.

It was easier to just post an album than download a lot of photos. Enjoy!
