2. Quite a lot right at the moment.

I'd say maybe three inches since it started about three hours ago. They were only predicting 2-4 inches, but we may get more. This is great. It's supposed to stay cold all week, so now we don't have to worry so much about the little puppy paws next weekend when the race starts.

4. I will be taking pix at both the ceremonial start

here in Anchorage and the "real deal" out of Willow (about 80 miles north of here) on Sunday. HullBoss is a volunteer dog handler, so we need to show up early for all the prerace preparation. I should be able to get some good shots of the teams and mushers. There are 80 teams entering this year.

It was supposed to snow all day but all it did was flurry. I hope you get plenty for the race!
