I wish i Could get some sleep and stop throwing up....
i had some really bad news this weekend...and all the balance i tried to garner this year seems to have washed away.

1. im sorry lionesspriyanka
the first time that happened to me shocked me as well, and remembering the "old self" seemed to wipe out all the positive work i had done. if it is any help at all, you WILL regain your power and even learn more about yourself just getting through the now part.
my only advice to you is to not deny your feelings. when it is time to weep, go ahead and weep. loss and separation are just a part of this journey
peace and love

5. Stay away from the alcohol
it just makes more problems. Try some tea with milk and sugar and some chocolate when your stomach settles. I send you hugs.

6. Please forgive me if I sounded mean
I get scared of alcohol because I've seen it hurt people.
