1. I WANT SOOOOOOO DESPeRATELY TO SLEEP........
Thinking of a trip to the desert, alone with my dog as a respite to clear my brain.
LA is such a basin of toxic waste.
Any takers for a week end away from here?
I know of some remote cabins- multiple sleeping arrangements
about two hours away- near Joshua Tree.
PM me.
BHN

2. Maybe not like you...I've had interrupted sleep for about 10 years...
I fall asleep ok, but then have troubling dreams often frightening dreams and then difficulty getting back to sleep afterwards. Seems like it's been forever.

The advice books on insomnia talk about good sleep hygiene, I've read most of it, twice...the same basic stuff is repeated all over the web, google 'dealing with insomnia' or "sleep hygiene".

Good luck, and Sweet Dreams...
