I think I was the only person who watched those cartoons and actually WANTED Sylvester to eat Tweety, because Tweety annoyed the shit out of me. I also wanted Tom to eat Jerry and Wile E. Coyote to eat the Roadrunner.

I think it's empathy for the underdog, which is weird, because supposedly the cat or coyote is more powerful than the smug little bird.

Maybe it's wanting smugness to get its comeuppance, which would explain our opposition to Bush & Cheney.

attempts to say the OBL tapes sounded like Democrats on Tweety. But, then again, I think Tweety realizes the war is a mess. Kerry's plan makes real sense. The WH has already per one post critisized it - they're holding out for a victory.

If think he's awed by power - and Kerry really is compelling. I just hope that Matthews lets his better angels win tomorrow and is nice.

I'm hesitant to tune in, but I do wonder how Matthews' and JK's interaction during a commercial break would go as opposed to the fellatio session we were treated to with Delay.
