I got a cool email!

After looking at Piranha's link, I visited independentsforkerry.org, and signed up on their site. I submitted a very brief note about our Kerrycrat meeting with John, and how much we all support him. The very next day, I got this:

Dear XXXXXX,

Thanks for sharing your story and for your dedicated support. If/when things heat up again in 2006 and post 2006 elections JK will need all the help he can get. I still believe he's the best qualified with the brightest ideas for America.

1. Just thinking, that is something we could do for Kerry.

Link up to all the other pro-Kerry sites.
Let them know about us, post things there that we post here. Kinda like how Kerrygoddess does that here. Unite the Kerrycrats. Keep in touch with each other, and fight like hell for our guy.

2. We need to compile all the sites in one list

And then start reaching out to them and make sure they know who else is out here in the blogosphere. Then we need to make sure that all the pro-Kerry blogs have a Kerry Blogroll. If we can get a count on how many there are it would be great. The other thing is for folks who have been thinking about starting a blog to blog about JK, now is the time. The more Kerry blogs we have come the end of 06 the better.

And by the by... I've been catching up on end of year stuff for my business and that's why I haven't been around too much - plus I've been having issues with my DSL. Whatever folks can do to get this going that would be great. MH mentioned on my blog today about compiling a list of "Kerry was right" posts on my forum and in the DU Research forum. Great idea. Ron and I have quite a few "Kerry was right" posts on the Dem Daily if someone has the time to search through them and start a list in both forums.

3. I really like the idea of connecting with other blogs

Not only would it be a great way to communicate, it would also be interesting to see how many Kerrycrats are out there.

The "Kerry was right" list should be pretty long by now ;)
