OMG, Laura Bush needs maintenance STAT!

Have a look at these and tell me if you agree that the LauraBot 2000 needs a big upgrade and maintenance review. (Are these for real?)

6. You're right on losing the photographers

i looked through the photos and the worst 2 were placed 1 and 2 (2 is an extremely painful photo of Charles and Laura that is obviously cropped from 1. In later pictures, she actually looks as good as I've ever seen her in her very princessy dress with a huge amount of makeup. I actually feel sorry for her that the photographer didn't delete the worst ones - they serve no purpose.

They reminded me of some of the more awkward John and Teresa pictures the press used last year. Thousands of pictures posted here showed a very close very comfortable couple - which from those lucky enough to have seen them is the truth. Just as it was wrong to use the rare photo to make Teresa look flaky and to implicitly question their relationship, it would be wrong if the NYT selected photo 2 of Laura. Luckily for Laura, she's lost the photographers, but not the media.

7. I saw these a couple of nights ago on DU

and I almost hurt myself I was laughing so hard. Sometimes I kinda, sorta feel sorry for Pickles, but these photos just struck my funny bone and I couldn't help myself!

11. Okay, this a strange though...but I think it would be very funny

if there were a special edition of "Wife Swap." I don't watch reality television but when I heard the premise of this show, all I could think of was what the show would be like if the Kerrys and Bushes participated. LOLOL!

I cold see big changes in Laura and Bush would be treated as he deserves to be. Can you imagine Teresa putting up with Dubya? I know that is a cruel thing to wish on nice people (JK and THK of course) but the thought is just sooo amusing.

12. I absolutely can't picture that

I think each man (and woman) chose what they wanted and they are opposites. I do agree that the hardest thing to picture would be Teresa and W - but maybe she could find an important conference on library science (Laura's profession) and tell W to have fun chopping all the brush and leave.

Laura, after 5 years in the pubic eye, is still inscrutable. I have no idea how she is and what she would think.

Laura would pack and leave after coming to the realization that it was okay to have a thought of her own. I'm sure that would be her first thought.

And I'd love to see Momma T lay into Dubya! She wouldn't put up with him for a second!

HoHo about that "having the best" comment! The show only deals with family dynamics nothing er, personal. Otherwise, why would I wish such horror on the Kerrys?
