Poll question: Because GD pisses me off.... a Kerrycrat straw poll
Are the incessant Kerry bashers in GD and GDP trolls?

Disclaimer: this poll is (mostly) facetious. No (explicit) condemnation of any (particular) DUer, real or fictional, is intended (really!). I apologize for the incoherence of this poll, as it is 2 am.

3. So many accurate assessments, it was hard to choose. In the
end,I had to go with my gut feelings and vote for the bitter, other candidate supporters.

4. All of the above
I really think that most are legit people who are PO for a reason or another or simply have an agenda, but I can help thinking some people are simply trolls that are here to disrupt.

Unfortunately, it is hard job to distinguish between the twos.

5. I wanted "all of the above" too
I think there are a few trolls who are good at disrupting.

Then there are the mindless band-wagon jumpers.

Aided and abetted by the embittered other-candidate supporters who see Kerry's nomination as a fate worse than death, especially after Nov. 2.

8. They're just crazy.
All those Cheetos and Doritos in place of actual meals, all the sitting down at computers in dank poorly lighted basements, all the staring at glowing screens rather than sunlight, has affected their mental health, and they've gone nuts. Their insanity takes different turns, putting them into the various categories (mostly the one that currently has the most votes), but ultimately it just comes down to that. :P

10. No excuse. I've been posting in dark, windowless rooms for a year,
eating...okay, I eat real, healthy food, but...I'm just saying, your post is a semi-accurate picture of my life and I haven't snapped, or lost the faith. Maybe they're just stupid?

best described as folks who are demanding that some fantasy candidate not so much "solve all of their problems" but fulfill all of the ridiculous, idealistic and mostly impossible desires they imagine some other government's representatives somewhere are fulfilling for their constituents. (I've noticed that their fantasies usually ignore the state our media is in and the state Red America is in; sometimes these folks also claim that their needs could be met by another former candidate for president if that person ran again--the most insane characteristic they display, in my eyes). They're demanding that these needs be met with the fervor of a fundamentalist's need for absolutes. They're like little children. And the worst part of all? They refuse, flat-out refuse, to look at Kerry's record, really look at it, not so much with open minds but with a functioning minds, and see that he is working to meet many of the needs these idiots keep insisting he doesn't care about. Morons. I don't know what causes their dysfunction, I really don't. Before realizing Kerry's great potential, I was the most cynical, bitter, disaffected Democrat of them all and even I came to see the truth about him. What's WRONG with them?
