1. They are really nice.
I love the 'intently listening' pics. The Coast Guard did great work in LA after Katrina. I'm very glad that Kerry paid them a visit when they got back home and congratulated them for the good work they did.

2. I saw some CG guys with some nice biceps
Anyone care to analyze physical gestures. Why was JK mostly crossing his arms? Back in evolutionary history, this gesture was made if you feel threatened and were protecting your heart from attack. I know that when I feel ill at ease I use this gesture without barely noticing. I don't think JK was ill at ease -- was he cold or did he get an attack of shyness? Or can this gesture mean something else?

Finally, can Beachmom get a life, and stop reading into pictures something that might not be there?

7. It could be just a natural thing
 And yes some of the guys in the picture were really cute too. *sigh* He could just be paying attention and showing how he's not distracted or something.

9. I noticed the same thing about JK crossing his arms
when I looked at the photos this morning but didn't post anything about it because I figured I was just over analyzing the situation (as usual). I do think it's interesting though that he crosses his arms with his right arm on top which means he's right brained.

5. Thanks KG
Nice pix.
My favorite is the one with the maps and the laptop. Not sure why. Maybe because I'm guessing he can read them, and if bush* was there, he'd just be fascinated by all the pretty colors.
Thanks for posting.

8. LOL
Too true. Bush would just be pretending to do work while Kerry really is.
