They've closed all of the gas pumps in my county.

Apparently, they will be open certain hours only during the day. I've heard that there will be no gas shipments into NE North Carolina until at least mid week. This is a tourist area (forget about Labor Day weekend, that's gone). We do however have a lot of tourist here who are going to need to get back home. Best of luck to them.

Oh, and just to make things even more fun, a quick look at the Atlantic weather radar shows that there are about five storms out there with the potential of heading this way.

I know that this ABSOLUTELY PALES in comparison to what is happening to the folks in LA, MISS & AL, but this is rapidly becoming a nationwide crisis. Have I mentioned lately that I really, really, really hate George W. Bush? Does anyone ever remember a national crisis of this magnitude?
