Wow Look at The Support Kerry is Getting in this GDP Poll
Even though he wasnt even listed as a candidate, those who support him are letting their voice be heard. Look at how far we have come here on DU from just a month ago. To mention the name John Kerry in the GDP forum was a guaranted begining of a flame war. Now we have people most of who I have never seen in this forum saying that their vote is for Kerry.

Maybe everyone is begining to open their eyes and see that Kerry is doing exactly what he told us he would do, continue the fight. When you look at it, who else is doing more for the Democratic Party than John Kerry? Well as much as I respect Clark the last thing I heard of he was sitting behind the desk of Fox News Channel. Hillary for whatever reason couldnt bring herself to join Kerry on DSM, Gore is no where to be seen or heard from, Dean is doing a damn good job as chairman and has said he is content with being chairman and will not go after Presidential ambitions, and Conyers and Boxer while not ever considered Presidential candidates are there fighting all the way with-not against John Kerry.

1. Thanks for the positivity, Corey
I really needed that. I believe in John with all my heart, but sometimes I feel so alone. I just need to come here and see that I am not :D

3. Yes, thanks. I needed that, too.
I live, work, shop with and volunteer with Dean supporters. It's so frustrating. True, some of the most passionate Kerry supporters I've met, people who "get it," live in Oregon, but for the most part, I am a lone sapling in my neck of the woods. When I don't feel isolated and marginalized, I feel targeted--by my fellow Democrats. That really hurts sometimes. So, this WAS great to see.

5. Feel your pain.

Even Dean isn't a Deaniac. They really ought to give it up. :P

6. Heh. I was just thinking that, actually.

Sometimes I wonder if Dr. Dean ever considers, you know, asking them to do that (knock it off with the cheerleading b.s.)? Not sure how he could without creating fodder for some anti-Democrat faction of the media somewhere, but still. It would help this message board run more smoothly, maybe.

4. I can understand why you feel that way -
sometimes I feel like that, myself. But I've been carrying that torch for a long time, and I'm not about to put it down now!!!

You are not alone. Believe it.

Did you see his July 4th email to MA supporters? TayTay posted it here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=273&topic_id=32931&mesg_id=32933

There's no one like him.

2. that's something we have to remember
Kerry has always had some good supporters. we can't let the negativity get to us as overall they are just a small amount but just loud.

we have to look more at the positive and just enjoy it.
