I was quite please with my Democrat self this weekend

Nothing big, but I've been wanting something with the Kicking Donkey Dem symbol for a while, but I couldn't find anything much with that logo on it. So there I was in the craft store when, lo and behold, there were pinback buttons there you could take apart and put your own pictures into.

Am I the last person to realize these are out there?

Well, anyway, I cut up the Dem Party little calendar they sent out, cutting out the Kicking Donkey on the front cover. Voila, Dem button. So pleased.

I think I'll create my own Kerry button the same way.

Anyway, a small but good thing that made me smile this weekend. Thought we could use any of the little smiles we could get. And maybe it might give a person or two an idea.
