To date, Phillips has analyzed 15 of Ohio's 88 counties, and by his most conservative estimate has found 101,000 uncounted Kerry votes - 136,000 is the margin by which Bush officially defeated Kerry.

I believe the writer was Josh Mittledorf.

The padding of the vote nationwide for Bush to be perceived as the popular vote winner is what destroyed Kerry's ability to mount an effective, outwardly aggressive campaign in Ohio.

22 votes here and 22 votes there really add up on a nationwide scale.

Just heartbreaking. Here's hoping they've got some solid proof they're lining up. I couldn't really tell if that was so by the article.

Didn't like his ending, though. Cheap copout - the dems are certainly paying attention to this. At least, Kerry, Conyers, Boxer et al are.
