I finally realized who "testy" is
I never knew who the hell you guys were ranting about before, but now I do. I guess I needed to get out of the oasis more often. (But it's so cozy here.) I almost responded to him, but then noted the handle and realized that, oh, damn, this is the fool everyone's been talking about. So I decided it wasn't worth my time. It is funny, however, that he apparently venerates Saint Howard. I wonder if he realizes that Saint Howard's creed, in all actuality, makes John Kerry look like a radical hippie in comparison, so liberal is our John compared to the Doctor.

NO! I HAVE BLASPHEMED! I MUST REPENT! REPENT... OR TESTY, THE DIVINE ARBITER OF LIBERAL JUSTICE AND TRUTH, SHALL SMITE MY RUIN WITH A SWIFT AND SURE BLOW!

1. LMAO WildEyedLiberal
I can't believe you are just now finding out who testy is LOL. You are the lucky one. Most every one around here has dealt with him and his rank attitude for so long we all have our own favorite little remarks him. I always said that he better be glad the size of his brain didn't determine the size of his peter because he would be a centimeter peter for sure. So be glad your just finding who he is because you sure didn't miss anything.

2. Heh I found out late too
Ive been staying out of GD and life has been superb. Seriously, Kerry is very liberal compared to Dean. Of course if Kerry had acted like Dean on the Iraq war, I dont think Dean would been popular as he was, I really think the war helped him out big time which is understandable but also part of the reason why I found the Dean Campaign to be how should I put this, one dimensional? Kerry to me had it all, a great life story straight out of a great american novel, a solid record, and he just had it for me, I cant explain it. I also was attracted to the fact that Teddy Kennedy, one of my all time favorite senators was one of his biggest champions, and the fact that Kerry was opposed to the death penalty, and was strong on most of my key issues, I didnt agree with his view on the war but I understand it wasn't a total support of the war, and that pretty much every other candidiate sans Kucinich, Braun, and Sharpton had the same position including Dean who supported something called the Biden-Lugar Amendment.

4. John I'm Like About Staying Out Of GD
I have been staying out and spending my time here and do my work and hope that it will do some good. Even if it changes one persons mind it is worth it although I hope it changes many more. I'm sick of the lies that are being told about Kerry. I get pissed when I see them thats why I stay away from the other forums. But those that do go over their and fight can post a link to one of my post when they start lying and tell them to read up here are the facts. I just got CD-ROM from Amozon.com about Kerry. It is called "2004 Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator John Kerry - Public Papers, Speeches, Works in Congress, Senate Roll Call Votes (101st to 108th) by the U.S. Government" Anyway it has alot on it. As I said before It will take me forever to get all this done. So I have plenty to keep me busy and in between I talk to all you guys and thats the way I like it!

11. Yes
I have gotton alot from it so far but there is over 6000 pages of imformation about Kerry's Senate caree on it. I don't know how long it will take me. Now his life history I have gotten from biographys, news paper articles and off the web. And alot of what is on my CD you can go to the senate.gov website and learn more about. But my CD has his history in the Senate since he has gotten started there and alot of other stuff you cant get off the senate.gov site anymore. I was very pleased when I got it. Anyone that is truly into Kerry ought to get one. I have alot Kerry books, I have the DVD going upriver and the one called band of brothers, anytime I can find something about Kerry I get it. He has been my hero for many many years now!

14. Kerry mentioned the Biden-Lugar Amendment in his
IWR speech on the senate floor, saying he'd have preferred that approach. So, once again, they are much alike.

But, like, Dean says it so much clearer, you know? I do so love his attitude. He could say he wanted to have Bush's babies, and as long as he still said it in that angry voice, I'd still love him. But you'd never understand. No one understands. Dean is your savior, and you won't let him save you. I'll make you let him help you! That's it! That's what I'll do! You'll thank me later. Yesss.

Once again, Dean is just fine, but the Deaniacs have to bring it down a notch or two.

25. I need to stay out of GD
Today, I went on a rampage against the Kerry bashing threads. Now, you have to understand that I'm not generally argumentative and I dislike any conflict but I just got too pissed off. I know I need to stay out but sometimes I'm just too curious.

6. Not sure we're supposed to name names
Edited on Sun Jan-02-05 06:49 AM by WildEyedLiberal
A really rabid, frothing at the mouth Kerry hater who seriously called Howard Dean "Bush's true polar opposite." He sounds like a crusading fundie and pulls stupid, ridiculous shit like Skull and Bones out of his ass because he hates John Kerry. He represents the lunatic fringe that seems to find a fertile growing ground at DU. Testy is sort of a hint as to his name... if you venture out into GD or Election 2004 (which is generally pretty Kerry friendly, although LOTS of trolls are sliming it up right now) you might encounter him. He's a perfect example of why I hate leaving the Kerry forum. I know we can't call people out, but I have suspicions about him.

Really, it's better off that you don't know. His posts would make you vomit.

8. holy cow
thanks WEL. I didn't realize you were talking about a DUer. I've been so comfortable in the John Kerry womb, I've barely ventured back out. I suppose sooner or later I'll need to--I need to take people on. Just feeling so wounded since the election, and having to battle so many people in my daily life, this sanctuary has been comfortable.

9. I think I ought to stay here in the JK forum
I really don't want to get banned. I'm afraid I'll snap all over one of those freeping mouthbreathers and tell them exactly where to go and what to do when they get there. The Kerrycrats are wonderful people - I seriously love everyone here - and this little forum is such a pleasant oasis. I can't spend five minutes in GD or Politics without getting pissed.

10. I used to go in election results alot
when I first got here. Then most of the people whose posts I admired came here, so. It's not that I don't value debate, but this is the only place you can put something very pro Kerry out there and not get harrassed. I agree. I would have gone insane without this forum.

Then I sometimes go to 2004 Elections, or else scan the Latest page. But this forum is the best, hands down. I want to hear the good news first!

Glad you figured it out. Please come over here to rant, there is no need to play into their little games. I don't go into the GD forums much. I enjoy the election results forum. There are a whole lot of good people that post there. It can get crazy at times, and they unleash those flyin monkeys at a moments notice.

I do love this safe haven, and all you Kerrycrats.

18. Oh god...
...I just don't even know where to start with that Numbskull & Boner crap. I think it's best I don't even try. Do Not Feed the Energy Creatures--they thrive on it.

Yeah, I loved the Illuminati trilogy too, but c'mon guys. It's like thinking the Necronomicon is real. Of course S&B guys are rich and powerful--kids from powerful families who go to Yale and then go into politics & law & business tend to be that. Amazing, isn't it?

I loved Saracat's "Take a bonesman to lunch!" Bwah! But I say since they're all so rich, they can damn well take ME to lunch. And I can tell them all about the "secret societies" I was in in college too--'cause c'mon, who wasn't?

Do you suppose they are both the same as KFC and that is where they should all lunch? I also have a Grandfather who was a high ranking Mason. I used to know what he was called and I can't remember. But I still have his fez so I must be in on it! And my Mom's engagement ring had the diamond from his Masonic ring. OOOH. They'll get me now!
