There were excerpts available last month, but the entire keynote speech is a wonderful mix of a serious foreign policy speech, with very warm, fatherly comments to the students and some jokes. Seeing it makes me shake my head that the Boston media even tried to suggest that the star of that delegation is a freshman, who can rarely speak in detail on anything coherently, much less eloquently.
