SoS enovy, Stern?, a good thing for environment, and how works with Kerry, the committee, his focus.

Are they working together? The envoy will represent the US at talks, but I'm hoping we get the benefit of our best, which includes Kerry. As SFRC/his committee will be there for legislation, an important thing.

Todd Stern was Sen. Clinton's Climate Change policy person on her campaign last year. Did he have a public role in criticizing the Obama camp on climate change?
