I apologize if this was already posted and I missed it - CSPAN has really worked hard to make it easier to find things. The cool thing is that this appears to go back to 1997 - though it is not completely working for 1997 - it looks like they may have loaded just the first minute at this point. (Though you can see a link to Kerry in 1997 coming up to speak on the reintroduction of clean elections with a tie absolutely unlike any he wears today! http://www.c-spanarchives.org/congress/?q=node/77531&id=6802390)

(You can click to the calendars of earlier years - but there are no clickable dates - this might suggest that they are intending to process the archives so they are here.) An early January, 1997 Kennedy one I randomly clicked on - had both a video and the text. This is cool!
