The cool thing is that this appears to go back to 1997 - though it is not completely working for 1997 - it looks like they may have loaded just the first minute at this point. (Though you can see a link to Kerry in 1997 coming up to speak on the reintroduction of clean elections with a tie absolutely unlike any he wears today!
