1. What a great interview
She is as thoughtful and intelligent as she is beautiful. I wonder if she wrote about her hamster story.

2. I'd thought she did, but I couldn't find it in the convention
chapter. Maybe it's somewhere else.
But one amazing thing I DID learn from the book (pg.66): her mom's cancer suddenly took a turn for the worse after the first Philadelphia debate. In OCTOBER. And JK was heavily involved (consulted with Teddy, etc) in finding his ex-wife the proper care. in OCTOBER 2004.

4. Family is...
...family. I enjoyed Vanessa Kerry's book, too. She is a very insightful, smart young woman.

6. Got the book, and as photographer, wish photos more human element than designerly.
Wonderfully graphic.

Saw her today on MSNBC with Nora O'Donnell, and Alexandra was very well-spoken and astute. The family is amazing.

7. I agree, Marjorie!
I, too, wish there were more shots of people (especially family moments and the like,) but that would be a different book, I guess!

Some of the stories about the family are very nice, especially the one about JK making pancakes in animal shapes for his daughters when they were young!
