3. Missed the beginning because they were showing the press

conference and I thought they were going to stick with that for a while. Anyway, what I saw he talked about the usual stuff of diplomatic and political solution, not a military solution. You must talk to Iran and Syria. Said you can't believe the Syrian president but that there were ways to test what he said. Said Bush just increasing the target for insurgents by putting more troops in.

He still seems like he's recovering from his cold. He didn't seem as sharp as he usually is.

frustrated with the complete idiocy of this administration. I was also watching Condi and Gates, can't wait for the SFRC to start.

8. Yeah, it's just apparent.

Last night, we watched the SFRC rerun (I know, we're really exciting!) and my husband, who doesn't watch JK with a fraction of the interest I do, immediately knew he was sick. So here's hoping he'll have a speedy recovery back to full Ass-Kicking mode.

9. Also becauseit was Fox News the questions were framed in

the worse possible way. That said he did get out that the Generals were all against this and that even the Bush people have conceded that there is no military solution. Taking into account the hostile tone and attitude, he did well. I have seen him much better though.

Did you notice that they played with the words under Kerry - at one point having the purposely misleading. "Kerry: Put politics ahead of more troops"
