Anyone remember the analysis that was done on voter increases over the last 30 yrs?

I can't remember who posted it, but do remember the increase in 2004 was significant - way more than at any other cycle.

There is a poster claiming that there are ALWAYS increases and it's silly to think there was any more in 2004 than there was for any other cycle. I am quite certain the actual data proves differently, but can't recall who posted it last year.
