Is it possible to fan out in your state as a "Peace and Justice" Democrats group, not pledged to a candidate but rather to a few progressive objectives...say

1)Quick pullout from Iraq/Afghanistan/no U.S. troops to Pakistan
2)Not-for-profit single-payer healthcare
3)Repeal of the trade deals, and a "Fair Trade" economy for the U.S. and the world
4)Passing the Employees Free Choice Act
5)Closing the School of the Americas

(these are just examples)

If it were possible, I think this would be a good use of our energies and would show that, while Dennis' presidential campaign may have been forced to an end by the media, the Beltway and by corporate power, his ideas have much larger support than he as an individual may have had?
