Ben Browder (FARSCAPE) to join STARGATE next season

According to a report appearing on TV Guide's website today, FARSCAPE leading man Ben Browder is joining the cast of STARGATE SG-1 for the show's ninth season. The Guide's announcement is the first anyone has reported on this story; nothing on the official SG-1 website states anything about Browder joining the cast...yet.

STARGATE SG-1 wraps up its eighth season on January 21. While Sci Fi Channel has announced that it has ordered 20 new episodes of a ninth show and stated that it's in negotiations with the show's regular cast members to come back for another year, no deals have been announced just yet.
