1. You could always mention, casually, that Maher proves whatever line about atheists the same way that
Pat Robertson proves that all Christians are nutjob fundamentalists.
Michelle Bachman proves that all women are vapid idiots.

The list goes on.

But I have to admit defeat. Please explain.

On the other hand, Maher is a professional vulgarian. He's an asshole for pay (and very good pay indeed). I'm not sure that "proves" anything except that there's money to be made in being an asshole.

Which is not exactly breaking news.

4. Fundamentalist atheists are what fundy-thiests call us so they don't look crazy alone.
It's great for deflecting conversation on facts, dontcha know.
